‘My jaw dropped’ Andrew Neil staggered over Ian Blackford being ‘economical with the truth

Andrew Neil admitted he was left in disbelief listening to Westminster SNP leader Ian Blackford defend Nicola Sturgeon on Good Morning Britain this morning. GMB host Piers Morgan demanded Ian Blackford answer whether Ms Sturgeon should resign if it is found that she broke the ministerial code. During the interview, Mr Blackford refused to even consider this possibility and vehemently denied that she had.

Mr Neil insisted Mr Blackford was “economical with the truth” in his defence against Ms Sturgeon.
