Meghan Markle, 36, has just a few weeks to go until she marries her fiance, Prince Harry, 33, in Windsor.
Whilst the nerves may be kicking in, she looked calm and collected after joining him at the Invictus Games trials in Bath.
The pair watched the UK team practice and try out for the event which will take place in Sydney, and the royal struggled with the strong winds.
Whilst known for having coiffed and well-styled hair, Meghan failed to maintain it during particularly violent gusts.
Her long locks were blown in front of her face while she was walking along the tracks.
She tried to hold it in place against her head a number of times but failed to fight the strong winds.
Thankfully it calmed down when they met some of the athletes and spoke to the organisers along with Harry, who is a Patron of the Invictus Games Foundation.
Meghan went for another black outfit, styling black Mother denim jeans and matching polo shirt.
The sporty look was offset by a khaki Baboon Aritzia jacket and pointed stiletto boots.
Whilst she often wears her long hair tied back, she perhaps regretted wearing her hair down this time.
The couple visited the University of Bath Sports Training Village, with the actual event taking place in Australia in October.
They watch the indoor sitting volleyball trials together after watching the athletics track runners.
Sydney is to be the fourth city to host the Invictus Games, following on from London in 2014, Orlando in 2016 and Toronto last year, which Meghan attended.
It was one of the first public displays of affection caught on camera between the two of them.
The pair could be seen hugging and exchanging a kiss on the balcony at the closing ceremony.
Meghan and Harry have just five weeks before they are to tie the knot, with the ceremony taking place on May 19.
Not much has been confirmed surrounding the nuances of the day, apart from the cake designer and the flowers.
Claire Ptak from Violet Bakery in Hackney has been asked to make the wedding cake, which will be lemon elderflower.
She was previously interviewed by Meghan on her now-closed lifestyle website The Tig.
The flowers are also being sourced from the UK with florist Philippa Craddock being confirmed.
Rumours have suggested that the dress designer could be Erdem.
