The star added: “I think because I was the oldest, so I was 18 when I first started the band and the youngest was 16, so I felt a bit of responsibility to have those conversations sometimes.”

Dan interrupted: “So when you’ve been in this phenomenally successful band, and the others are throwing their music out, you waited a while. Is it a nervous day when you then put that material out there?

Louis replied: “I took about four years on this first album so I think the anticipation more than anything definitely builds up. Naturally you’re a little bit nervous but I was more nervous at the start of my career.”
