Kym Marsh snubbed by The One Show as Alex Jones fails to mention co-host’s self-isolation

Matt then gave some advice to others who will be self-isolating in the coming weeks.

He revealed: “I just wanna say if you’ve got a garden and you can get out, goodness me, it makes you feel so much better when you do go out and get some fresh air and notice the seasons around us.

“I mean, here we are in the most beautiful of seasons of spring and I’ve just been going out, I’ve been having a look at the tulips are just sprouting at the moment.”

The One Show airs weekdays at 7pm on BBC One.
