Ivanka Trump, 35, has received an apology from 48-year-old TV personality Samantha Bee.
The Canadian-American comedian and mother-of-three called Ivanka and number of rude words on her show Full Frontal.
Bee said on Twitter: “I would like to sincerely apologize to Ivanka Trump and to my viewers for using an expletive on my show to describe her last night.
“It was inappropriate and inexcusable. I crossed a line, and I deeply regret it.”
The comedian apologies for the words used, but did not apologise for her sentiment.

Samantha Bee called Ivanka a “feckless c***” on her television programme after she posted an Instagram image with her child.
She attacked the mother-of-three for Donald Trump’s recent immigration policies.
Samantha said: “You know, Ivanka, that’s a beautiful photo of you and your child, but let me just say, one mother to another, do something about your dad’s immigration practices.
“Put on something tight and low-cut and tell your father to [expletive] stop it. Tell him it was an Obama thing and see how it goes, OK?”
The broadcast caused a backlash against Bee, with some called for her to lose her job.
White House press secretary Sarah Sanders said her words were: “vile and vicious”.
She added: “Her disgusting comments and show are not fit for broadcast.”
Ivanka Trump is married to 37-year-old Jared Kushner.
Both are employed as advisors to President Donald Trump, 71.
The couple have three children. They are Arabella Rose Kushner, six, Joseph Frederick Kushner, four, and Theodore James Kushner, two.
