ITV This Morning: Phillip Schofield left red-faced as co-host pretends to ORGASM on air

Presenters Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby were taking a call in about “nightmare neighbours” during today’s edition of the ITV magazine show.

The pair were joined by fellow host Vanessa Feltz on This Morning, but before the segment was over 57-year-old Phillip was left struggling to contain his laughter.

The trio received a call from a frustrated viewer who explained how she repeatedly heard her neighbours having loud sex next door.

Unfazed by the topic, Vanessa, 57, instantly came up with some ideas on how to solve the problem.

“I know set up a competition,” she declared. “As soon as you hear them doing it, tell your 15-year-old to go out.

“Start doing what they’re doing, but louder. See how they like it!”

Phillip and Holly, 37, were already beginning to giggle but Vanessa took things much further as she continued: “Start ‘ooing’ and ‘aahing’.

“You know you can do a When Harry Met Sally and never actually do it, make some noise!”

The guest presenter then proceeded to attempt to copy actress Meg Ryan’s iconic scene from the 1989 romantic comedy, where Sally Allbright shows her friend Harry just how “easy” it is to fake an orgasm during sex.

“Yes, yes, yes!” Vanessa cried, and Phillip rapidly turned red.

“Or just play that back,” Holly chimed in with an excited grin. “Record that, and then play that back!”

Suddenly remembering his duties on the show, Phillip stuttered: “It’s time for the break now.

“Still to come…” but the star began chuckling, and he couldn’t stop.

Trying to read out his script, Phillip went on: “We turn spy, and find out what’s in store for the man with a license to kill.

“We’ll be back after the break!” He added, before leaning down on the table in defeat.

Phillip and Holly continued to giggle at each other as the camera panned back, but Vanessa simply shrugged with a smile.

Also during the segment, Phillip was forced to step in and correct his presenter for making a brazen suggestion on how to deal with another nightmare neighbour.

The caller shared her woes following an unpleasant complaint about her children making too much noise, and Phillip asked: “What did you respond? Because sometimes it’s better to ‘love bomb’ these people – just be so nice, the nicest you could possibly be and then they can just go away.”

“Well I was so shocked I just sort of said, ‘If I kept the children inside, you’d still have something to say’,” the caller answered, but Holly had her own ideas.

“You should say, ‘Enjoy this time because at Christmas they’re all getting drum kits. Bye!’” the mother-of-three declared, prompting an alarmed expression from her co-host.

“Don’t antagonise them,” Phillip warned, and Holly regretted her earlier outburst.

“Yeah don’t say what I just said,” she agreed with a laugh.

This Morning continues weekdays at 10.30am on ITV.
