ITV This Morning: ‘Oh wow’ Rochelle Humes stunned as she almost FLASHES on air

It came as she and John Barrowman hosted the This Morning on Sunday edition of the ITV programme which airs pre-recorded segments from earlier in the week as well as new ones.

The actor was very excited as he introduced the interview the pair of them had done with Spice Girl Emma Bunton.

He even began to imitate Emma’s dance moves by shimmying in the studio and encouraged Rochelle to do the same.

The presenter noted that Rochelle was in the right outfit to do Emma’s iconic skirt move and so she emulated it.

However, she appeared to be shocked by how high she accidentally lifted her dress up.

“Oh wow!” the singer exclaimed as she looked at the camera with a stunned expression.

“Not too high!” John warned as he carried on the dance.

Rochelle laughed: “We won’t do that again.”

The programme then showed the interview with Emma that had been broadcast earlier in the week.

It comes as the Spice Girls are embarking on a reunion tour that will no doubt thrill thousands of long-time fans.

Emma revealed on the programme why Mel B had been rehearsing separately from the rest of the group.

She explained: “Me, Geri and Mel C were there. Mel B in in LA as she still has commitments and her children.

“She’s rehearsing there, which is really funny. She learns the same steps as us.

“We’re facetiming. We’re doing the same rehearsals but she’s there.”

Emma added: “Then she comes over soon. I think she’s coming over in the next few weeks and then we learn it all together.”

The mother-of-two also divulged on how the rehearsals had been going.

“I’ve got a terrible memory. Yesterday we did our first two numbers with all the choreography.

“I surprised myself. It all came back.”

While Emma, Mel B, Mel C and Geri Horner have all reformed, Victoria Beckham opted not to return.

This Morning airs weekdays at 10.30am on ITV.
