Former contestant Michael Buerk, who appeared on the series in 2014, spilled all restrictions put in place after he left the jungle.
In a piece written for the Radio Times, he revealed the kind of behaviour that is banned for being “inappropriate”.
The list included: “Bullying, non-consensual touching, masturbation, homophobic language or attitudes and category A swear words (f-word and c-word).”
Michael dished: “It was all rather odd because it was made clear that there was no problem with nudity, sexual behaviour that is reciprocated, and rudeness.”
But he insisted that there was one rule this year’s contestants should be very careful of.
“The one thing they were adamant about was harming the wildlife: ‘You could be prosecuted’,” he wrote in his piece.
It comes after it the real reason the campmates are required to wear red socks was revealed by medic Bob.
He told Woman’s Own that they are necessary to prevent exposing the public to any unsightly wounds the stars may get.
That may also be the reason behind the matching red shorts and trousers that the celebrities are often seen wearing.
