Honey G mortified after she’s caught out live on Good Morning Britain in front of millions

The X Factor star appeared on the ITV show to promote her new single, Riding Hot.

However, following her chat with hosts Ben Shephard and Charlotte Hawkins, the rapper really put her foot in it.

“We’re not coming back to me?” she was overheard asking the Good Morning Britain duo.

“This is it,” Charlotte anxiously replied. “We’ll come back to you. Thank you for coming in today.”

Shocked, Honey G’s jaw fell to the floor as she quickly adjusted herself to smile at the camera.

What’s more, viewers were confused when the star – real name Anne Gilford – revealed that she’d undergone a huge makeover for new Channel 5 series, Celebrity 100% hotter.

“I can’t say too much but they did completely transform my whole appearance,” she beamed.

Ben asked: “They took away the glasses and the cap? And trainers?”

“Yeah, they did,” she replied. “I went into it with a light hearted attitude. It was a good laugh.”

Though, audiences struggled to see the difference, with one viewer tweeting: “Honey G has had a makeover? What have they done? Changed her sunglasses?”

“Honey G makeover? What makeover? Still just as annoying and looks exactly the same,” slammed another.

Good Morning Britain airs weekdays at 6am on ITV.
