“I’m just a girl, standing in front of a boy, asking him to love her.”
If any Hollywood execs are planning to reboot Notting Hill in the coming years, Harry Styles and James Corden just submitted one unforgettable audition tape.
During a Carpool Karaoke segment on The Late Late Show, to promote his debut solo album, Styles fully committed to the re-enactment of several rom-coms, including the Julia Roberts-Hugh Grant classic. (He and Corden also recreated an iconic Titanic scene… but it’s definitely not the one you would expect.)
During the drive, Styles and Corden dueted on a number of hits, including the Diana Ross-Lionel Richie ballad “Endless Love,” Outkast’s “Hey Ya!” — and, of course, several songs from Styles’ eponymous record, including current single “Sign of the Times.”
