Well, the cold never bothered him anyway.

Millions of views and hundreds of thousands of shares have made a man in an Elsa dress world famous in just 24 hours.

Jason Triplett was at a bar in Boston wearing the Frozen costume as a joke to amuse his friends, after the city was hit by its third serious blizzard in less than two weeks.

When the 37-year-old lawyer saw the police vehicle in trouble, his inner Disney princess leaped to the rescue with heroic and hilarious results.

While his friends cheered him on, laughed and filmed everything safe inside, Jason braved the freezing weather in a flimsy dress and platinum blonde wig.

One of the highlighs is the moment he hoiks up the dress revealing manly black boxer briefs underneath, before he really puts his back into it.

The local hero’s efforts paid off and the van lurches away, while Jason turns to the amazed onlookers and drops a ladylike curtsey.

Comments have flooded online, with most wondering why the poor guy’s friends didn’t help. One quipped: “Let it Snow! The Queen of Ice needs no help from mere mortals!”

A Boston police spokesman said: “The officers involved were especially grateful for the help and would like to thank the Elsa-impersonator for the assist.”

After Christopher Haynes posted the full video on Facebook, major US news outlets picked up the story. Jason told reporters all he wans from the experience is the chance to meet out gay US Olympic figure skater Adam Rippon.

Perhaps a ittle Disney magic might make his dreams come true…
