Eva Longoria net worth revealed: Desperate Housewives star has made THIS much money

Eva, 42, was born and raised in Texas, USA, and gained minor fame as a cast member of The Young and the Restless, in which she starred from 2001-2003.

But it was when she joined Desperate Housewives in 2004 that she became a household name, starring in the show until 2012.

According to TheRichest.com, the main cast pulled in an estimated $ 375,000 (£288,500) per episode as of 2010, so Eva was earning plenty of money for a long time.

But things didn’t slow down for Eva when the show ended, and she has lent her face to various endorsements since.

She has been the face of L’Oréal Paris, LG Fashion Touch and sparkling liquor NuVo.

All of these ventures have earned Eva a fortune of an estimated $ 35million (£26.9million).

It has not all been smooth sailing for the star, as her restaurant empire, Beso, filed for financial help in January 2011.

This was the same month the actress finalised her divorce from Tony Parker, her husband of three years.

2011 also saw Eva release a cookbook, called Eva’s Kitchen: Cooking with Love for Family and Friends.

Charity is another area of interest for the Texan, and she founded Eva’s Heroes, a charity which helps disabled children, in 2006.

She is not the only woman revealed to be worth a fortune – Melania Trump, First Lady and wife of Donald Trump, has also earned millions of dollars.

Melania, 47, was born in Slovenia but made her money as a model in New York after she as discovered aged 16.

She has been on the cover of the magazines Vogue, New York Magazine, Harper’s Bazaar, In Style, Allure, Self, Vanity Fair, Elle, Glamour, and more.

However she moved away from modelling in 2010 to launch a ‘Melania Timepieces and Jewellery’ collection on QVC in 2010. She also had a caviar skincare line ‘Melania by Melania Trump’.

In February, an Associated Press investigation found she was listed in New York Filings as the CEO of Melania Marks Accessories Member Corp, which is the holding company of Melania Marks Accessories LLC.

Both companies are still active and brought in between $ 15,000 (£11,500) to $ 50,000 (£38,500) in royalties last year, according to the Trumps’ May 2016 financial disclosure filing.
