In a video, which has now been deleted from the Emmerdale Facebook, according to Daily Star, Rebecca (played by Emily Head) loses it with close pal Victoria Sugden (Isabel Hodgins) when she sees a phone call from Seb’s father, and Victoria’s brother, Robert (Ryan Hawley).
Rebecca’s mental health has continued to deteriorate since waking from her coma, following the fatal cash caused by Lachlan White (Thomas Atkinson) which killed both Chrissie (Louise Marwood) and Lawrence (John Bowe) earlier this year.
The clip saw Rebecca pick up the burning hot weapon, and accuse Victoria, who couldn’t conceive with husband Adam Barton (Adam Thomas), of wanting to steal her baby.
In turn, viewers have lashed out at Rebecca and demanded that she leaves the Yorkshire Dales imminently.
“When you think you can’t hate Rebecca more, she goes and puts an iron near Vic’s face,” snapped one follower.
Another wrote: “Emmerdale slept on a golden opportunity of making Rebecca out to be a black widow type – she does crazy really good. Damn….missed opportunity there.”
“Lol Rebecca, threatening vic with an iron…. that was funny! also that woman is crazy. I love when Emmerdale post the wrong clip on facebook.”(Sic.) teased one more.
A fourth cried: “I’m sorry but what the hell have I just watched, Rebecca threatening Victoria with an iron. She needs help immediately.”
The bombshell comes as Rebecca is about to be diagnosed with Executive Dysfunction, causing reduced blood flow to the brain.
Rebecca’s heart-ache feels like the beginning of the end for the lovelorn character, but will she rumble Lachlan before leaving the Yorkshire village?
Still struggling with her memory loss, Rebecca plans to go and visit a hypnotherapist to unlock some of the hidden information from the incident.
However, hearing the alarming news that Rebecca could be about to remember everything, which will lead to her undoubtedly turning on him, Lachlan will panic.
Realising this could be his final chance to live a happy life and keep his freedom, the killer could revert back to his old ways.
Lachlan will try and deter Rebecca from seeking medical help, proving he hasn’t lost his manipulative streak.
Failing that, viewers might be in for a much more sinister sabotage as Lachlan attempts to silence the mother-of-one for good.
Emmerdale continues tonight at 7pm on ITV.
