EastEnders spoilers: Dr Legg in DANGER after Stuart Highway threat

viewers already know Dr Legg (played by Leonard Fenton) will be leaving the soap soon, but are now concerned Stuart (Ricky Champ) has something to do with his exit storyline.

The evil villain has manipulated Dot Branning (June Brown) into believing he is a wholesome human being, when he is really causing stress for Dr Legg.

Last night’s episode saw Stuart fix Dr Legg’s radio, saying: “There we go, done! Just call me Dr Radio, eh?”

Dot then gushed: “You’re so kind. Isn’t he Dr Legg?” as Dr Legg sheepishly agreed: “Very kind.”

Stuart then beamed: “Nah, it’s nothing. If you’re going to stay cooped up in here all day, at least you’ll be able to have a little boogie in front of the mirror, eh? Singing into your hairbrush.”

Dot noted: “It’s a long time since you were able to do that.”

Dot then left as Stuart pretended to continue his chirpy conversation.

He said: “But seriously, when you do fancy coming out, bit of proper company…”

Stuart quickly turned sour following Dot’s exit and said: “We’re just outside, yeah? Ain’t going nowhere!”

Long-time fans of the soap will remember Dr Legg appearing in the very first episode of EastEnders over thirty years ago.

He served as Walford’s GP until 1997 when he officially retired.

While on the soap, Doctor Legg formed a close bond with Dot who payed him several visits with hypochondriac illnesses.

Dot held the doctor in high regard and trusted every piece of his advice.

In upcoming scenes, Dr Legg will confide in Dot about Stuart’s unsettling behaviour towards him.

Dot decides to confront Stuart and later insists that Stuart packs his bags and leaves.

But how will Stuart react when the only person who supported him turns their back?

With Stuart’s uncontrollable behaviour seen on the soap before, fans could now witness the villain take things too far when his final supporter disappears.

Could this be the end for Dot, or will the menacing character leave quietly?

New spoiler photos show Dot and Stuart having a tense confrontation in the kitchen.

In the pictures, Dot looks to be fearing for her safety and can be seen grabbing her bag to make a hasty exit in one of the snaps.

In the second photograph, Stuart seems to be intimidating the pensioner with a leaning posture and fists that appear to be clenched.
