Since it was revealed Tom had been secret taking pictures of Michelle (played Jenna Russell) on his phone, EastEnders warned he could be more dangerous than viewers originally thought.
Michelle seized the moment tonight by asking Tom out for a drink in an uncharacteristically bold move by Walford’s resident wallflower.
In turn, Tom ramped up the charm as the pair chuckled away over a drink at The Albert.
Despite ending the night on a high, even departing with a goodbye kiss, Tom’s mask soon fell after he accidentally bumped into a stranger.
“Sorry mate,” gruntled the innocent bystander, which was met with: “I’m not your mate.”
To make the bizarre run-in even creepier, Tom walked away with an eerie smile.
The scene comes after fans went into meltdown after realising that they’d seen actor Daniel Casey before.
