Doctor Who fans miss shock cameo appearance of ultimate classic episodes villain

Omega made his first appearance in over 30 years in The Timeless Children, where the Thirteenth Doctor battled both the Cybermen and the Master.

The villain appeared for a split second on Gallifrey alongside Tecteun and Rassilon in the Matrix.

Doctor Who is full of surprises, and ever so often show bosses reveal little snippets of info for us to stew over.

And show writer Steven Moffat has done just that, after admitting that he had originally called The Eleventh Hour episodes The Doctor Returns, because he does… just that.

The Eleventh Hour is the first episode of the fifth series in the BBC reboot, and its name couldn’t be more fitting.
