Coronation Street: Viewers spot MAJOR blunder as Anna Windass finds Seb's lifeless body

In last night’s first episode of the double bill, fans of the ITV soap saw Seb (played by Harry Visinoni) plummet onto the ground as his ladder became unsteady.

Anna Windass (Debbie Rush) immediately ran over to his lifeless body and was in shock as Seb lay in a pool of his own blood.

In a state of panic, Anna whipped out her mobile phone to call the emergency services.

However, it appeared she didn’t even need to dial 999 to request an ambulance as she simply put the device straight to her ear.

Those watching Coronation Street flocked to Twitter to ask how exactly Anna was able to get anyone on the line despite not touching the phone.

One person said: “How did Anna call for an ambulance? She never even dialled! #coronationstreet #Corrie.”

“Is that phone Anna has magic because she didn’t even dial 999 #Corrie,” commented another.

A third was definitely not happy with the gaffe as they wrote: “Who are these directors on Corrie? Another amateurish mistake Anna not dialling 999 #Corrie.”

Another had some good advice for Anna: “Anna, you have to dial 999 before you ask for an ambulance otherwise doesn’t work #corrie.”

Coronation Street continues Friday on ITV at 7.30pm.
