Coronation Street spoilers: Carla Connor to blame for deadly factory collapse?

Coronation Street will air a horrific incident when the Underworld factory’s roof will collapse.

This accident will lead to the death of a major character, and fans are already desperately trying to figure out who’s it going to be.

There are multiple theories suggesting who might be to blame for the roof collapsing.

It’s thought that Gary Windass (played by Mikey North) or Nick Tilsley (Ben Price) could be to blame for the incident.

It’s now been heavily suggested that Carla Connor (Alison King) could be behind the roof collapsing.

These scenes will air on the ITV soap next week as she asks builder Gary to help fix a leak in the ceiling of the Weatherfield factory.

Gary agrees and then discovered that there’s a lot more to fix than just a leak.

He informs her that the roof needs a lot more work and even suggests that it needs replacing.

However, Carla doesn’t want to fork out the cash to replace the roof.

She also thinks that Gary is just trying to get more money out of her and she’s not willing to pay him too much.

Gary will eventually return to the factory and tells her that he’s employed another person to help him fix the roof.

Carla won’t be too pleased with this news and informs him that she doesn’t want the whole roof until it’s really necessary.

It does seem as though Carla could have easily prevented the tragic accident which will take the life of at least one major character.

It hasn’t been revealed yet whether Gary does attempt to fix the roof before the collapse, so he could still be directly responsible for the accident.

That said, it does seem as though Carla’s unwillingness to pay for the roof to be fixed properly will be at least partially to blame for what’s to come.
