Eva (played by Catherine Tyldsley) found out about her fiancé’s cheating months ago, and set about exacting revenge.
Going on a spending spree, the self-confessed diva maxed out Aidan’s (Shayne Ward) credit card and has been planning to shun her best friend, Maria Connor (Samia Longchambon) in a cruel hen-do twist.
However, the wedding will be the main event as Aidan chooses to confess his sins to Eva, only to find out that she already knew.
Speaking at a recent press event, actress Catherine explained that the big reveal will be filled with stunts, saying: “I was very high up at one point – and I’m terrified of heights, so that was a real challenge for me.
“It’s very action-packed,” the 33-year-old teased.
The blonde beauty also hinted at the “game-changer” of a ceremony for the love triangle, adding: “Even when she found out about the affair she still really loved him which made her hate him even more.
“She can see the absolute sincerity in his eyes, and she can see how genuine he is and that he really does love her and the whole [affair] to him has been a massive mistake.
“It’s a huge game-changer for her. She had the whole day completely planned out to a T – she has this revenge plot firmly in her mind and all of a sudden she’s like, ‘He’s offering me everything I’ve ever wanted and he’s come clean,’ and things do start to change for her in her mind after that moment.”
Will Eva go ahead with her act of revenge or will she succumb to Aidan’s charms?
