After going to bed with Nathan Curtis (played by Christopher Harper), young Bethany (Lucy Fallon) will now get a contraceptive implant in order to keep him happy.
However, she is not aware that he currently has plans to groom her for his sex ring.
Nathan has made use of his assistant, Mel, making her convince the school girl that the last thing he would want is her to fall pregnant.
Naive Bethany follows Mel’s advice and goes ahead with the procedure.
However, things are about to get even more complicated for Bethany as her mother, Sarah (Tina O’Brien), steals her phone and invites mysterious Nathan round for dinner.
Bethany is worried that her mum won’t approve of her boyfriend, thinking she will believe he is too old for her.
With her world crashing around her, will Sarah save her daughter before it’s too late?
Meanwhile, Nick Tilsley (Adam Rickitt) is due for more heartache.
After Leanne Battersby (Jane Danson) gave birth to her baby on last night’s show, it’s time to name her son.
She settles on Oliver, and proud-dad Nick can’t wait to register the name the next day.
However, Leanne reveals to Nick that she doesn’t want his name on the baby’s birth certificate since Steve MacDonald is thefatherafter all.
