Denise, 43, was first up to take on the Wibbly Wobbly Word game which consisted of lying down on a vibrating platform and describe a word to their teammates to guess.
Wearing a Marie Antoinette inspired outfit for the episode, the presenter was concerned about flashing her underwear.
John Barrowman came to her rescue and held her skirt in place as Denise kicked her legs out to avoid a major mishap.
However, it wasn’t just her knickers she needed to worry about as her assets almost popped out of the low-cut costume.
Holding on to her bust, the mother-of-one shouted: “My t**s are going to come out!”
John, 50, was up next to take on the entertaining challenge but ended up red-faced after a hilarious gaffe.
As soon as he got down to lay on the platform, he lifted his legs in the air and accidentally ripped his trousers to reveal his black underwear.
The Celebrity Juice guests burst out laughing while actor John attempted to keep his modesty intact and held on to his pants.
Laughing, he said: “My b******s are going to fall out!”
