Big Bang's Mayim Bialik, Melissa Rauch Ink New Deals Ahead of Season 11

The whole universe was in a hot, tense state as it awaited word on the status of Mayim Bialik and Melissa Rauch’s Big Bang Theory contract renewals. Now, our sister site Variety reports that both actresses have reupped for Seasons 11 and 12, for which they’ll receive hefty pay raises.

Bialik and Rauch will make $ 500,000 per episode for Seasons 11 and 12 — each of which will consist of 24 episodes — up from the reported $ 175,000–200,000 per episode they’re currently making in Season 10.

Ahead of the two-year renewal first announced in March, it was reported that the series’ five other main cast members — Jim Parsons (Sheldon), Kaley Cuoco (Penny), Johnny Galecki (Leonard), Simon Helberg (Howard) and Kunal Nayyar (Raj) — all of whom are netting $ 1 million per episode, volunteered to cut their per-episode fee by $ 100,000 each to free up money to give Bialik and Rauch a raise.

On Big Bang, Bialik and Rauch — who play Amy and Bernadette, respectively — were both introduced as guest stars in Season 3, before becoming full-fledged series regulars in Season 4. News of their contact renewals comes days after the series wrapped production on Season 10.

Are you relieved to learn that Bialik and Rauch are both on board for Seasons 11 and 12?
