After showcasing her trim curves in a plunging jumpsuit at the Polo Challenge in Ascot on Saturday, Carol was back at work to deliver the morning forecast.
The weather presenter told viewers it would still remain chilly down the east coast of Scotland and England today as the wind persists.
There will be a fair bit of cloud across the midlands but the 54-year-old said this will break up later on in the day.
But, Carol said west is best once again and Northern Ireland and Scotland will have another fine day as they welcome plenty of sunshine.
Central parts of England and Wales will have a fair bit of sunshine with temperatures reaching 15 degrees celsius.
This evening, it won’t be as windy but there could be a touch of frost here and there as temperatures hover around seven and eight degrees in towns and cities.
Tomorrow, Carol said the wind will fall lighter so it won’t feel as cold as it has been but, there will still be cloud around.
BBC Breakfast viewers were certainly delighted with Carol’s appearance on the show this morning as one person commented on Twitter: “Me thinks that @carolkirkwood looks so lovely and looking nice as always when delivering the weather for @BBCBreakfast.”
Another wrote: “Morning beautiful. The outfit you wore to the polo the other day, stunning xx.”
One viewer wasn’t happy that Carol didn’t forecast more sunshine: “It’s so cold and windy this morning what’s happening @carolkirkwood @bbcweather It’s May!!!”
BBC Breakfast continues weekdays at 6:00am on BBC One.
