Yes, you heard that right. Barbra actual Streisand will perform at British Summer Time in July, presented by Barclaycard. She was a star long before most stars were born and remains one of the greatest icons in popular entertainment. The music legend will close BST and tickets go on sale next week. This is an incredibly rare live appearance, let alone festival date for one of the biggest selling stars of all time. People who need people, fans and everyone else can sign up for presale tickets which start tomorrow.
Barbra Streisand will bring the first incredible weekend to a close on July 7.
The line-up this year is undeniably spectacular, kicking off with Celine Dion on July 5 and including Florence and the Machine July 13 and the Robbie Williams bringing it all home for the grand finale on July.
Unlike residential festivals where most fans spend the entire weekend, British Summer Time tickets are sold for each individual day.

Streisand’s accomplishments are truly staggering. Two Oscars, ten Grammys, five Emmys, nine Golden Globes and a Tony Award sit alongside her accomplishment as the only artist to have a Number 1 album in six decades out of 52 albums and 15 soundtracks (so far).
Daniel Mathieson, Head of Experiential Marketing and Partnerships for Barclaycard, got into the spirit of it all when he confirmed the event’s huge pride to have Streisand appearing this year.
He told Express Online: “We are really looking forward to the super talented Barbra Streisand headlining this year. With a career spanning six decades, she has achieved major success in multiple fields of entertainment and we are honoured to have her perform on The Great Oak Stage this Summer. I cannot wait to hear some of her classics at an ‘ever-green’ Hyde Park as we all reminisce back to a time – when a true star was born!”
