Avengers Infinity War: Tom Holland explains Spider-Man KILL function and NEW Iron Man role

Fans are very worried some of their favourite heroes might die in Avengers 3.

Spider-Man is shown being hurled to the ground and pinned under Thanos’ mighty fist.

Surely Peter Parker won’t pay the ultimate price? Can’t he just use that terrifying ‘Instant Kill Function’ on his suit, especially with all the new incredible upgrades?

Tom Holland explained all on the red carpet in London recently.

The young British star told Hey U Guys: “I don’t actually think the Instant Kill function does what everyone thinks it does.

“I think it simply just shuts off electricity. I actually don’t think it’s a killing-like piece of tech. I don’t think it is to murder people. I don’t think Tony Stark’s that dark…Well, maybe he is, who knows? I don’t know if Instant Kill would work against Thanos.”

It’s certainly unlikely that the most powerful being in the galaxy would be taken down by one piece of tech.

The new Spidey suit is another upgraded gift from Tony Stark and Holland also revealed how tier relationship will grow and change.

Holland added: “The bond they have formed over the past two movies is pretty strong and I think Tony has a great deal of responsibility for Peter and his actions…

“Although I do think Peter may grate on Tony Stark a little bit more in this movie which is fun… Our relationship definitely blossoms more.”

The grating may explain why Holland bonded most with another star on set, instead.

He said: “Chris Pratt and I became very close. He’s really funny, he’s such a sweet guy.

“He’s so talented, the way he navigates around the set and treats everyone he’s a real role model for me. We’ve become very close. He was in London the other day and I took him out for a drink.”
