Antiques Road Trip turns X-rated as Charles Hanson goes POLE DANCING: ‘I’m in heaven!’

The auctioneer got distracted as he attempted to look for priceless items and instead made a beeline for a pole dancing class.

And the television star certainly didn’t hold back and threw himself into the task – literally – despite the BBC cameras capturing everything.

Many fans took to Twitter to comment on the unusual addition to the show, in which he appeared alongside Natasha Raskin Sharp.

“Just walking past this shop… pole dancing classes in Stafford, all levels and abilities welcome. What am I waiting for?” Charles commented.

The camera then cut to himself and a female instructor in a studio: ‘I’m in heaven. Fitness heaven,” he continued, while standing in front a bright pink backdrop.

Charles wasted no time in flinging himself at the pole still dressed in a shirt and tie, before an audience emerged out of nowhere.

“Oh Charles, you are a scream! Enough, enough Charles,” voiceover Tim Wonnacott urged as the clip went on.

Among the amused responses online, one tweet read: “@AntiqueRoadTrip Charles Hanson is an absolute legend #poledancer.”

Two others agreed: “#antiquesroadtrip Charles Hanson what a blast on the pole…” and: “@HansonsAuctions watching Antiques Road Trip lovely moves Charles.”

The episode also saw the pair run into a spot of car trouble when they were seen getting stuck in a pothole unable to move.

Antiques Road Trip continues tomorrow at 4.30pm on BBC One.
