Ant and Dec usually present Saturday Night Takeaway together but, for the first ever, Declan Donnelly will be presenting alone this weekend.
And today a sneak peak of the show has been revealed in a video from Virgin Holidays.
Scarlett Moffatt filmed a promotional video for the big SNT trip to Florida on 7 April – and the footage shows a snippet of Dec on his own on stage.
The video shows Scarlett welcome a gaggle of over-excited holiday-makers as they board the Saturday Night Takeaway charter flight – with all the trademark excitement, energy and glitter associated with the show.
The tongue-in-cheek video has been launched to celebrate the partnership between Virgin Holidays, Universal Orlando Resort and Ant & Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway.
On 7 April 2018, Universal Orlando Resort will play host to some of the UK’s favourite entertainers as the BAFTA and NTA award-winning ITV television programme lands in the United States for the second-year running.
Scarlett said: “I can’t wait to finish this season off with a bang and welcome hundreds of excited families to Universal Orlando Resort in April.”
The news comes as Scarlett has been revealed as the front runner to co-host Saturday Night Takeaway in Florida according to Ladbrokes.
Following Virgin Atlantic’s teaser video only showing Dec, the bookies have made Scarlett the 7/4 favourite to step into Ant’s shoes for the finale of this year’s series live from Orlando.
Stephen Mulhern follows behind at 3/1, or there’s a 5/1 chance Holly Willoughby or Dermot O’Leary fill the void.
Jessica Bridge of Ladbrokes said: “It’s very sad that Ant finds himself in the position he’s in, but with him receiving the help he needs the show must go on, and the odds suggest Scarlett will be stepping into his co-hosting shoes with Dec in Florida.”
Saturday Night Takeaway wasn’t on air last weekend; it was cancelled after Ant McPartlin’s arrest the previous Sunday on suspicion of drink driving.
But the show will go on, so to speak. Dec will present Saturday Night Takeaway this weekend solo – something he once swore he’d never do – with help from show regulars Scarlett and Stephen Mulhurn.
This week’s show is in London and the week after will be the huge show finale in Florida with hundreds of competition winners enjoying the sunshine.
Joe Thompson, Managing Director of Virgin Holidays, added: “We’re excited to work with Ant & Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway again this year and to be able to provide such a unique experience for our lucky customers on board the flight out to Florida.
“After watching Scarlett in the video we know she’s well equipped to get holiday-makers excited onboard – but maybe she needs a bit more training to reach the high standards our cabin crew are known for.”
