Andrea McLean LOSES IT with Loose Women panel as debate gets VERY heated: 'Let me finish!'

The panel – which today consisted of Andrea, Linda Robson, Coleen Nolan and Kaye Adams – became embroiled in yet another heated debate as they discussed a “family fun day” that raised money to support paedophiles.

Safer Living Foundation claimed that the aims were to reduce sexual re-offending, but the Loose Women ladies were having none of it.

However, keen to put the argument from both sides, Andrea added: “Putting to one side that it is tasteless to raise fundings for something like this. I absolutely whole heartedly agree with you Kaye that something needs to be done.”

She then appeared to get more and more aggravated as she tried and failed to get her words out, explaining: “However, does it sit easily with you the thought of donating to a charity…they almost need to rethink it…rather than…”

As all the women proceeded to shout over the top of her, Andrea eventually screamed: “Let me finish the question! You’re all just interrupting, let me just finish the question.”

Andrea finally continued: “We’re all getting upset because you think ‘oh my god, you’re giving money to paedophiles’.

“You’re not, you’re giving money to protect children from paedophiles, so do you not think they need to rebrand their way of thinking? We’re giving money to protect children in the future.”

Viewers immediately took to Twitter to voice their opinions on the whole thing, with one person saying: “NO CHANCE IN HELL!!! Paedophiles don’t need rehabilitation full stop!!!”

However, one stated: “Sex offenders are varied, stop labelling sex offenders as paedophiles. Safer Living Foundation is a sex offender charity. #LooseWomen.”

“@loosewomen All due respect, but the general public is not an expert in whether paedophiles should be rehabilitated. What do 92% know about?” another claimed.

Loose Women airs weekdays at 12.30pm on ITV.
