During the latest instalment of This Morning, Rylan Clark-Neal was flabbergasted over David Beckham’s claims that he has no idea how much his net-worth has amounted to over the years.
Backing Beckham, Holly Willoughby chipped in: “Don’t you think that’s an answer you say to someone who asks you, ‘Do you know what your worth?’”
Though, Clark wasn’t convinced and squealed: “Oh come one! You must know how much you’re worth.”
“Well, I’m not very good with maths,” Willoughby blushed.
The X Factor star hit back: “Oh take it, we know what you get.”
“She’s doing alright for herself,” he told viewers.
While Willoughby may be oblivious to her bank balance, according to reports, the mother-of-three is thought to be worth around £10 million, which will only increase after she reportedly pocketed a cool pay rise to match her co-host Phillip Schofield’s hefty ITV fee.
“It seemed ridiculous they were going to get paid the same fee for Dancing on Ice but Holly was lagging behind on This Morning,” an insider told the Mirror. “Quite rightly, that has now been rectified and they both earn exactly the same.”
What’s more, the beloved presenter is about to embark on a very lucrative interior designer venture which could see her earnings double, setting up Truly Group Ltd with Tara Capp – partner of Dragons Den star Peter Jones.
