Kate Middleton COPIES Meghan Markle's style in black lace dress at charity gala dinner

Kate Middleton was spotted wearing the beautiful Diane Von Furstenbrg dress whilst at a charity gala dinner.

The Duchess of Cambridge showed off her baby bump in the lace gown, which she previously worn in 2014 to the Royal Variety Show when pregnant with Princess Charlotte.

Not only that, but Meghan Markle, Prince Harry’s current girlfriend, was also seen spotted in a similar short version in 2012.

The two women have previously worn very similar outfits, with their elegant style attracting the eyes of the royal brothers.

The 35-year-old styled the elegant gown with her new bob in simple curls, as well as some statement gem earrings.

She accessorised with a plan black satin clutch and a bold sparkly bracelet, as well as her beautiful engagement ring.

Kate was spotted at the gala dinner for The Anna Freud National Centre for Children and Families to raise money.

Her four-month bump could just be seen in the figure-hugging dress.

Meghan Markle, who has been dating Prince Harry for over a year, was seen in the dress in 2012.

She wore a shorter version of the DvF dress to a USA Network event whilst in Hollywood, styling it with nude pumps and chic waves.

She wasn’t a fan of the look, and told Glamour at the time: “It was too tight, and too short, and my hair was too polished, and everything about it was trying too hard.”

A documentary about the newest royal couple suggests an engagement is imminent.

Kate sported a much more dressed down look last week at the Lawn Tennis Association visit.

She was spotted in a comfy black tracksuit, finishing off the look with Nike Air VaporMax trainers, which cost £170 from JD Sports.

As she picked up a racket, her hair was pulled back into a neat ponytail with simple stud earrings completing the look.

The Duchess is known for being sporty, having played hockey at school.
