Sharon picked 16-year-olds Holly Tandy and Rai-Elle Williams, alongside 20-year-old Grace Davies.
Holly performed Rihanna’s Russian Roulette while Rai-Elle added an original rap to Gotye’s Somebody That I Used To Know.
Grace opted to perform another original song, More Than You, but was interrupted by Sharon which led to the singer breaking down in tears.
Alisah Bonaobra, Georgina Panton and Deanna Mussington fell at the final hurdle and did not make Sharon’s final three.
Tomorrow night’s show will continue with the Boys trying to impress Louis Walsh in Istanbul with guest judge Mika.
Simon Cowell will also select his final three alongside Cheryl in the South of France.
