Piers Morgan net worth: How much has the Good Morning Britain presenter racked up?

Piers Morgan, 52, began his journalism career int Fleet Street writing for tabloid papers including The Sun, News of the World and the Daily Mirror. 

In 1994, at the age of 29, he was appointed editor of News of the World which made him the youngest editor of a British national newspaper in more than half a century. 

He was later made editor of the Daily Mirror, but found himself amidst the phone hacking scandal – controversy involving the News of the World and other British newspapers. 

In 2008 he was crowned winner of The Celebrity Apprentice and a year later began presenting Piers Morgan’s Life Stories.

Piers then became a household name in America after hosting his own television show – Piers Morgan Live on CNN – between 2011 and 2014 and was a judge on America’s Got Talent and Britain’s Got Talent. 

As well as having eight books to his name he currently presents Good Morning Britain alongside Susanna Reid on ITV. 

So what is the journalist, television presenter and writer’s current net worth? 

According to The Richest, Piers is sitting on a whopping $ 20million (£15.1million). 

But how do other ITV presenters’ net worths fare? 

Holly Willoughby, 36, has presented This Morning since 2009, and at the end of August saw her pay rise to £600,000 to match that of fellow presenter Phillip Schofield, 55. 

She also presents Dancing on Ice alongside Schofield, for which they are both paid the same fee.

On top of this, the blonde beauty presents Celebrity Juice with Keith Lemon, and The Voice, for which she reportedly earned £400,000.

Holly does not just earn a fortune from presenting, and has also branched out into children’s book writing and interior design.

She published her series of books with her sister, Kelly, with the first coming out in 2013.

Holly also has a production company, Peaches Productions, which made £1.5million in 2014.
