Intimate Photos of Ballet Dancers in the Studio and Streets

San Francisco-based photographer Zachariah Epperson, whose work we discovered on Design You Trust, takes portraits of ballet dancers, but they’re not just your typical pretty studio shots. Epperson follows the dancers into the streets and beyond, capturing the lifestyle of ballet and the dancer’s body as it relates to nature, architecture, and more. We also see them practicing in quiet moments of contemplation. The photos are intimate, human, and beautiful.
