Celebrity Big Brother 2017: Sarah Harding BREAKS DOWN as she discusses Girls Aloud past

The 35-year-old has already opened up in the house about a previous “toxic relationship” that caused her “issues” and now the star has discussed being judged by the press.

In an emotional chat with Big Brother in the Diary Room, the singer had to wipe away a tear as she admitted she was “hurt” by the media as she doesn’t have “thick skin”.

She said: “I know I’ve had my trials and tribulations throughout the years, a lot of which have been documented and a lot of which have been misconstrued.

“It’s hurtful, I haven’t go thick skin and people don’t realise that.”

The blonde beauty also revealed she felt lost when Girls Aloud split up and confessed she didn’t know what to do next.

She continued: “When that all ended, It’s like ‘where do I go from there?’

“This is for me is like kind of getting a second chance to show people who I’ve grown into and I’m kind of a little bit sick of being judged on the past. Because we all grow up at some point in our lives and you learn by your mistakes and your regrets.”

Sarah then struggled to hide her emotions as she held a hand up to her face to wipe her tears away before going on to explain that the show was her second chance to prove people wrong.

The popstar added: ”I want to make the most of this experience. It’s not every day you get another opportunity to sort of make the most of your life.”

Those watching at home flocked to social media to urge Sarah to stop putting herself down.

One person wrote on Twitter: “Sarah Harding! Stop it! You are wonderful, talented, beautiful and funny. Stop putting you’re self down! I feel like you can win this #CBBUK.”

Another fan said: “@SarahNHarding is such a lovely gal chin up gal, you have everything going on #CBB.”

Celebrity Big Brother continues tonight on Channel 5 at 10pm.
