After kidnapping Ross Barton (played by Michael Parr) over the brutal stabbing of his current squeeze Harriet Finch (Katherine Dow Blyton), the pair came to blows.
However, Finn Barton (Joe Gill) roped in the help of Moira Dingle (Natalie J. Robb), who walked in on the brawl at precisely the wrong time.
As Moira tried to talk some sense into her ex-husband, Ross dropped the bombshell that Cain (Jeff Hordley) has been sleeping with the local vicar.
“Hope you’re not hoping for a reunion,” Ross teased Moira. “Do you want to know who the lucky lady is?”
Turning to Cain, Ross grinned: “How’s Harriet?”
Though, Cain was sure to wipe the smug smile form Ross’ face as he hurled him up against the wall before dangling him from the window.
The explosive scenes come as Harriet is currently battling for her life after being stabbed by drug dealers.
Harriet became the unfortunate casualty in Ross’ war with Robert Sugden (Ryan Hawley) after the thugs caught her driving Emma Barton’s car, which they presumed carried their missing cannabis stash.
