Strictly Come Dancing 2020: Nicola Adams will ‘not wear a dress’ in historic show move

“People might know me from my work in the ring, but I’ll be every bit as passionate and dedicated on the dancefloor too.

“I also wanted to thank the BBC for supporting me and making me the first ever all female-pairing and it’s amazing to be a part of the movement for change, diversity and breaking boundaries in the entertainment industry,” she said.

The line-up for this year’s show is looking to be one of the most exciting yet, with a huge array of celebrities from a range of different backgrounds.

The current favourite to take the Glitterball Trophy is EastEnders star Maisie Smith – but who will end up taking the title?

Strictly Come Dancing returns later this year to BBC One.
