Rick and Morty season 4 theories: Key character could be unveiled as a Parasite

One episode in the first season, entitled Total Rickall, introduced a sinister new concept to the show.

After Rick and Morty’s (both played by Justin Roiland) family house is invaded by shapeshifting, alien parasites, fans have been even more paranoid some characters may not be as they appear.

The house becomes invaded by kooky characters, who alter the family’s memory to infiltrate their lives.

Among them is the crassly named Mr. Poopy Butthole, who is eventually revealed not to be a parasite after all in a hilarious twist at the end of the episode.
