Xbox Live Status: Xbox One sign in down, Microsoft confirms

Fans have been complaining about the bad connection to Xbox Live services tonight.

The current status for Xbox One servers is down for many users, who have been sharing reports of the problems online.

Microsoft themselves have provided an update on tonight’s issues, revealing the extent of the problems.

According to the tech giant, social and gaming cors services on both Xbox One and Xbox 360 have been affected.

This includes issues with In-game matchmaking, cloud storage, finding friends, Game DVR, leaderboards, avatar editing, or pictures.

Friend services are one of the areas most affected by tonight’s outages, with many fans struggling to join other Xbox Live members in online games.

“Our engineers and developers are actively continuing to work to resolve the issue causing some members to have problems signing in to Xbox Live. Stay tuned, and thanks for your patience,” a message from Microsoft reads.

Another update is expected if tonight’s problems continue, although it appears that the number of server reports is now dropping.
