Love Island 2018: Alex George set for romance as two new girls enter villa?

This evening fans were elated as volatile couple Charlie and Hayley were kicked out of Love Island.

The couple went head-to-head with Alex George and Samira Mighty as they were left in the final two.

Charlie and Hayley’s exit followed a stormy relationship that left Charlie “cold” as he announced Hayley didn’t show any interest in him.

Hayley mirrored Charlie’s comments as she reiterated that she wasn’t compatible with him.

But as two islanders were removed this evening, another two have been announced to join on Sunday.

In the after-show promo it was announced that two new girls will be joining the show.

First up, Ellie, a 20-year-old from Newcastle.

She claimed she could “fall in love with a piece of bread,” and that people have called her “cute but psycho.”

Ellie added: “If they treat me bad I’ll make their life hell.”

Second to join the show on Sunday is Zara, from Essex.

The 21-year-old government advisor announced that she usually goes for “emotionally unavailable” guys.

However she added she likes men to have brains, and to look good.

Could this mean the newcomer is set to begin a romance with fan-favourite Dr. Alex George?

Fans seem to think so, as they began tweeting furiously demanding the two get together.

One wrote: “Can anyone else see Alex and that new girl Zara coupling up??? #loveisland.”

Another said: “#LoveIsland Zara says she likes smart guys so here’s to hoping she gets with Alex.”

“Zara for Alex 2018. #LoveIsland,” added a third.

This shocking arrival follows Charlie commenting on his exit on the show

He admitted: “I feel a bit hard done by that I was getting nothing back.”

“I felt that I was kept at arms length the whole time instead of being really told that it wasn’t ever going to work.”

Love Island continues tomorrow night at 9pm on ITV2.
