Game of Thrones season 8: Arya Stark to DIE? Maisie Williams drops biggest spoiler yet

The actress, who stars as Arya Stark in , may have just revealed that her character does not survive the final run. 

Speaking on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, the star opened up about filming her last scenes admitting she still has so much work left to do.

After Maisie noted that she’s been asked to return to set early after promoting her new film, Early Man, Jimmy asked: “How much filming have you got left?”

“I have a lot,” she replied. “Endless amounts. It’s a mammoth take this year.”

The host then mused: “We know based on that, that you’re in a lot of episodes then?”

“No, not necessarily,” the 20-year-old laughed. “Some of the episodes take a really long time to shoot.”

Jimmy went on to probe the youngster about the ending of the hit HBO series.

“Have you read all of the scripts? Do you know everything that is going on?” he asked.

Maisie teased: “I do know the end of Game of Thrones.”

She also reveal that she was in bed when she read the last script.

“I was just in my bed reading,” she detailed. “It’s just surreal, having been on the show for so long and it having the following that it does.

“It’s just everyone is waiting for this moment and it’s incredible.”

Jimmy laughed: “So you had to lay down the ending was so shocking.”

Pretending to lie down, Maisie quipped: “I stayed there for a long time.”

The star also told Jimmy that she had given the scripts for season eight to her mother after teasing her about the ending.

“I sent my mum the scripts,” she shared, before noting that she probably shouldn’t have passed them on. “They said, ‘Don’t give them to anyone.’”

Game of Thrones will return to Sky Atlantic and HBO in 2019.
