This heroic dog who saved 12 people after an earthquake met her own statue — and the photos are adorable

We all know that dogs are too good for this world, but they rarely ever get recognition the way that people do. But thankfully, the people of Mexico City have changed that.

Frida, an eight-year-old rescue dog, was credited with saving at least 12 lives in the aftermath of the 2017 Central Mexican Earthquake. The earthquake, which registered at 7.1, claimed almost 400 lives, according to CBS News.See the rest of the story at Business Insider
