Prince Harry always travels with this item – as does the Queen, Prince William and Kate

Prince Harry, 34, recently joined his wife, Meghan Markle, 37, for her first solo event at Kensington Palace, supporting the new Grenfell cookbook Together.

The couple were very hands-on with each other, as Harry smoothed down Meghan’s hair after it was caught in the wind.

They also shared a romantic moment at the polo earlier this year after kissing each other on the lips after Harry won.

He was spotted travelling with a very familiar bag that other Royal Family members regularly take when travelling on state visits.

His green leather luggage bag is made by British brand Globe-Trotter.

As part of the Jet collection in 2013, it currently costs £1,755 in different colours.

The Globe-Trotter brand is popular with the Royal Family, with many of them sporting the bags for their state visits abroad.

Queen Elizabeth was the first royal to use the brand when on her honeymoon with Prince Philip in 1947.

Since then, Prince William and Kate Middleton have also been seen with many of the Globe-Trotter cases.

Even Prince George and Princess Charlotte used smaller versions of the Globe-Trotter suitcases.

The luggage was taken by the foursome when they visited Poland ad it cost an estimated £5,000 for the five-day tour.

Prince Harry may choose to take the iconic brand with him on his first state visit with Meghan to Australia and New Zealand next month.

Meghan, however, has been seen with a different brand of suitcase previously, which is also steeped in British history.

She has frequently sported a brown bag by brand Ghurka, which was modelled on the camping gear of a British Ghurka in the 1970s.

Royal Family members have their own coloured luggage tags so that their entourage can distinguish their bags from each other.

Both the Queen and the Duchess of Cambridge have yellow luggage tags, with the former simply reading “The Queen” on hers.

Prince William has a red tag, along with his father Prince Charles.

Despite sharing the same colours, it is rare that they will all travel together, as it is often married couples who travel on state visits.

Prince George has been seen with blue tags while Princess Anne uses green.
