New Great Pyramid of Giza mystery reveals electromagnetic secrets within hidden chambers

The Great Pyramid of Giza is one of the most popular tourist attractions in Egypt and the world.

As the last remaining landmark of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, the mysteries behind it plague scientists and archaeologists to this day.

A recent discovery from within the hidden chambers has shocked experts after learning more about the way it transmits signals.

The shape of the pyramid focuses electromagnetic energy into the chambers creating higher levels of energy.

It could help to be a source of renewable energy in the future.

The discovery within the 4,000-year-old landmark was found by Russian scientists, who state it could create better solar cells.

Yet experts have quashed the claims, stating ancient Egyptians did not know of the powers it harnessed.

A statement from ITMO University in Russia read: “While Egyptian pyramids are surrounded by many myths and legends, we have little scientifically reliable information about their physical properties.

“As it turns out, sometimes this information proves to be more striking than any fiction.”

They admitted that they had to make “some assumptions” in their study due to a lack of knowledge of the inner pyramids.

Scientific supervisor and coordinator of the research Dr Sc. Andrey Evlyukhin explained: “For example, we assumed that there are no unknown cavities inside, and the building material with the properties of an ordinary limestone is evenly distributed in and out of the pyramid.

“With these assumptions made, we obtained interesting results that can find important practical applications.”

Using tiny particles resembling the pyramid, this could soon be used to replicate the discovery.

It isn’t the first shocking secret to be unearthed about the ancient pyramids in recent years.

An ancient burial site dating back to 2,500 years was found earlier this month, containing a rare silver mask among others ancient items.

Another mystery to have plagued experts was why the shape of the Pyramid was designed in light in the cardinal points of north, south, east and west.

Despite being slightly lopsided, it is believed that the ancient Egyptians built it this way thanks to the autumn equinox.

Occurring between winter and summer solstice, it is thought to be the reason behind it.

Engineer Glen Dash explained in the Journal Of Ancient Egyptian Architecture: “The builders of the Great Pyramid of Khufu aligned the great monument to the cardinal points with an accuracy of better than four minutes of arc, or one-fifteenth of one degree.

“All three pyramids exhibit the same manner of error; they are rotated slightly counterclockwise from the cardinal points. On the equinox, the surveyor will find that the tip of the shadow runs in a straight line and nearly perfectly east-west.”
