The Spanish island is well known for its nightlife, particularly on the party strip of Magaluf.
But a series of new rules have been introduced by the local authorities to clamp down on bad behaviour.
One such change is automated noise restrictions in bars and clubs in the most popular tourist areas.
But young British revellers are already defying the island’s attempt to clean up its reputation.
Holidaymakers have descended on Majorca as the summer season begins and many of them have been caught on camera at the peak of their alcohol-fuelled partying.
Some revellers were seen lying in the street while others carried sex dolls in broad daylight.
Others stripped off their clothes and ran naked through the streets.
In Palma Nova – next to Magaluf – a group of Britons were fined for running around with no clothes on.
The 18 male tourists stripped off to have a skinny dip in broad daylight before making their way back to their hotel, and the bare-all adventure was caught on video.
Fines were handed out to the men for exposing themselves in public and one for obstructing traffic.
A council spokesman said: “Calvia Town Hall is not going to permit this type of behaviour and congratulates the local police for the speed with which it has acted.”
Local politician Carlos Tarancon warned of a zero tolerance approach to their behaviour.
He said: “The diffusion of a video like this is enough to ruin all the work that’s been done over the past year to improve the image of our municipality.
“Anti-social behaviour of this kind should be met with zero tolerance.
“I would urge people to help solve this scourge in our municipality by informing the police of the slightest incident of its kind so they can assist them in their work.”
Two years ago authorities introduced fines of up to €3,000 (£2,649) for anyone caught naked in public.
Fines are also issued for public urination and ‘balconing,’ jumping off or between hotel balconies.
