Winx flies home late to win0:56

Horse Racing: Winx has come from a long way behind to win in her return to racing.
CHAMPION mare Winx will chase her 19th straight win this Saturday at Royal Randwick, while the Group 1 Memsie Stakes at Caulfield signals the start of the Melbourne spring carnival.
Winx launched her spring campaign with a heart-stopping win in the Warwick Stakes two weeks ago. The mighty mare will be the star attraction on Chelmsford Stakes day at Randwick.
While the mare struts her stuff in Sydney, the Darren Weir-trained Black Heart Bart will be on a mission to win back-to-back Memsie Stakes. The $ 1m sprint is the first Group 1 race of the new racing season and has pulled together another strong field, including interstate raiders Yankee Rose and Le Romain.
The race will also feature the winners of the Australian Derby (Jon Snow), Australian Cup (Humidor) and Australian Guineas (Hey Doc). Hey Doc showed his spring credentials with an impressive first-up win in the Aurie’s Star Handicap.
Former Perth star Vega Magic is favourite for the Memsie.
