Will Meghan Markle come face to face with Harry’s ex at Princess Eugenie’s wedding?

Princess Eugenie announced her engagement to Jack Brooksbank today, showing off a stunning engagement ring

Much like her mother Sarah Ferguson, 58, Eugenie was given a coloured stone surrounded by diamonds, worth around £7,000 according to one expert.

Eugenie, sister of Princess Beatrice, is the ninth in line to the British throne, and has opted for the same wedding venue as Prince Harry, 33, and Meghan Markle, 36, for her big day – St George’s Chapel Windsor.

However, will likely be one guest on the big day from Harry’s past that could cause a stir.

Prince Harry’s last serious ex girlfriend before he met Meghan Markle is highly likely to receive and invite and may well be a bridesmaid.

Cressida Bonas, 28, is a best friend of Eugenie’s, and the Princess was the person responsible for setting Harry up with his stunning ex girlfriend.

Eugenie and Cressida were both last seen at Vogue’s December Issue party in London on November 21, 2017.

Cressida and Harry met in May 2012, and eventually split in April 2014.

Harry’s ex-girlfriend and his current fiancee, who he will be married to by the time of Eugenie’s wedding, have a fair amount in common.

They could discuss their career in acting, and as models.

Meghan starred as sexy paralegal Rachel Zane in US cable drama Suits, while Cressida has appeared on stage in The Importance of Being Earnest and scored a part in horror film The Bye Bye Man.

Prince Harry and Cressida Bonas attended the same concert in December, and Meghan Markle did not attend.

After Prince Harry and Meghan announced their engagement Cressida published a picture on her Instagram account of two people on swings reaching out their hands to each other with words saying: “No matter how educated, talented, rich or cool you believe you are, how you treat people ultimately tells it all.”

Prince Harry’s former flame then wrote underneath the picture “#quotestoliveby”.

Where are the rest of Prince Harry’s ex-girlfriends now?

Zimbabwean national Chelsy Davy, 31, was Prince Harry’s first serious love and many thought the pair would marry.
