WATCH: Terrifying moment toddler falls out of a moving car onto a busy road

The dramatic incident, which saw the two year old youngster roll out of the back seat, was captured on camera and swiftly posted to Facebook, in a clip which is quickly going viral. The child can clearly be seen courtesy of their pink coat as the heart-wrenching incident unfolds. Driver Cheddar Mock, who was driving behind the vehicle in question in Mankato, Southern Minnesota, captured the drama on his dashcam. As the dark-coloured vehicle travels around a bend, the rear passenger door is flung open.

The child was fitted into a car seat as they travelled.

Yet they then fell out much to the horror of those on the road.

Describing his response at the time, Cheddar put on Facebook: “If it didn’t happen in front of me I’d never have believed it.”

He added: “The parents came back.

“Paramedics and police checked the child out as well. Very lucky.”

In a press release issued after the event, the Mankato Department of Public Safety confirmed the toddler was, fortunately, not injured.

It stated the youngster’s mum was at the wheel and the car seat was not fastened properly into the back seat of the vehicle.

It did not detail how the car door opened.

the child and mother were reunited following the scary incident.

Meanwhile, more dramatic travel scenes saw an airline passenger travel on the wrong plane.

The Ryanair passenger flying from the UK back to Poland after the holidays ended up 1,000 miles away in Malta after he accidentally boarded the wrong plane – yet staff never said anything.

Pawel Lawreniuk was flying back to Gdansk, Poland earlier from Leeds Bradford Airport earlier this month.

However, the 75-year-old ended up erroneously getting on a plane headed for Malta. Staff did not notice he was on the wrong flight when he boarded the 6.50am flight and he even managed to take his seat, reported The Telegraph and Argus.

Lawreniuk had no idea of the mistake he had made until he arrived and realised he couldn’t get a taxi home from Malta International Airport.

A staff member was overheard telling him: “I am sorry sir but I don’t speak Polish.”
