WATCH: Hilarious moment Russian news is GATECRASHED by a DOG live on air

As the newsreader went about her business delivering the latest headlines, she could barely hide her shock as the furry pooch barked.

She tried to carry on but to no avail, as the cheeky pup jumped up at the desk, trying to get some camera attention.

YouTube translation suggested the hounded woman shouted: “This is why I like cats!”

Viewers found the viral video hilarious, with one commenting: “Lol, the best reaction ever!” (sic)

The hysterical video has already racked up 5.4 million views and is rising steadily.

This comes after the now infamous BBC News gaffe which saw an adorable child gatecrash her father’s interview.

Whilst answering very serious questions about South Korea and the removal of their President, Park Geun-hye, Professor Robert Kelly was taken by surprise as his toddler came bounding into the room.

Trying to cover up the incident as smoothly as possible, Robert politely pushed the child away before his youngest baby came rolling in after.

As if the awkward interview couldn’t get any funnier, in runs the Professor’s wife, collecting children and knocking over neatly stacked piles of books.

ITV News also fell victim to a similar blunder as one excited toddler brought chaos to one of Alistair Stewart’s broadcasts.

The cute toddler was simply too excited to sit still, preferring instead to run around the studio exploring.
