Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show 2017 saw Bella Hadid take to the runway for the second time, wearing her angel wings.
And the 21-year-old model seemed to enjoy herself, although some enthusiastic dancing resulted in a wardrobe mishap.
While dancing on stage with a fellow model, Bella accidentally exposed her nipples.
The young star, who was wearing a gold leaf tiara on her head, didn’t seem to notice as she smiled and giggled on stage.
Hadid, a Los Angeles native, has won the accolade of ‘model of the year’ numerous times.
In 2015 she was ‘model of the year’ at the Second Annual Fashion Los Angeles Awards and the GQ Men of the Year Awards.
In 2016 she won ‘Model of the Year: Women (Industry’s Choice)’ at the Models.com Industry Awards.
That’s quite a trophy cabinet for someone so young.
Bella followed her sister Gigi into modelling, after she achieved minor fame on the show Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
Their mother Yolanda Hadid was also a model.
But it’s not been smooth-sailing for the Hadid family ahead of this year’s much-hyped Victoria’s Secret show.
Bella’s sister Gigi was forced to pull out of this year’s Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show.
Taking to Twitter, Gigi Hadid, 22, revealed her sadness at missing the Victoria’s Secret Fashion show as it made its debut in Shanghai.
There had been speculation over the model’s appearance after a controversial video of the model squinting her eyes and appearing to mock Asian people surfaced earlier this year.
The Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show is an annual show which has been running since 1995.
It has been held in countries all around the world including Miami, Los Angeles, Cannes, Paris, and London.
With the brand now targeting the Asian market, the latest show has been held in Shanghai, China.
Initially the show was created as a way to advertise lingerie to men before Valentine’s Day, and the early shows were held in the days preceding the holiday.
However, the shows have morphed into something entirely different now – an extravaganza which also well as showcasing the brand’s lingerie has performances from world class musical acts.
