Vanity Fair cover photoshop FAIL: Can you spot the error in magazine’s Hollywood issue?

But Vanity Fair staff were left blushing after eagle-eyed fans spotted a massive mistake on the Annie Leibovitz photograph gracing the cover.

Each of the stars was photoshopped to look their best – but one of the celebrities found themselves altered in a way they may not be happy with.

Reese Witherspoon, 41, wears a champagne coloured sequin dress with features a daring thigh split.

Leaning in to Oprah Winfrey, 63, Reese’s legs are clearly on display.

But she doesn’t have just two legs for the cover – unfortunately, Reese has been left with three.

The magazine clearly decided to photoshop two images together in which Reese takes two different poses.

But they forgot about her moving legs, leaving the star looking like she has an extra limb.

This is not the only photoshop fail in the lauded Hollywood issue of the magazine.

Inside photos show Reese and Oprah laughing as Tom Hanks, 61, messes around for the camera.

But yet again, two images have clearly been photoshopped together, and this time it is Oprah who suffers.

The media mogul is left with not one, not two, but three hands in the picture.

Two hands rest on her lap, while another can bee seen around Reese’s waist.

Vanity Fair covers often make headlines around the world, although normally not for negative reasons.

The magazine was the first to photograph Caitlyn Jenner after her transition in 2015.

They also got an exclusive interview with Meghan Markle just months after news of her relationship with Prince Harry broke in 2016.

The Suits actress spoke about being in love with the Prince and hinted at their engagement.
